3. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Payment must be made before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel bookings at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may attract a fee. If we cannot fulfill a service, we will issue a full refund or reschedule.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external issues beyond our control.
